Return Eligibility


  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Please include your order number or proof of purchase with your return.

  • The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

    How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us through the contact us portal

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and instructions.

  3. Pack your item securely and attach the provided label.

  4. Drop it off at your nearest shipping carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

Refunds


  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our support team within 30 days. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace it at no additional cost.
